The DuPont Theatre, Delaware's Broadway Experience, is pleased to announce the 2014-2015 season, guaranteed to offer something for everyone. The DuPont Theatre continues to deliver Wilmington audiences a sampling of the best that Broadway has to offer with epic musicals and cutting-edge entertainment.

Kicking off the season line-up is Broadway's feel-amazing musical comedy smash, Sister Act, October 14-19, 2014. Featuring original music by 8-time Oscar® winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Little Shop of Horrors), Sister Act tells the story of Deloris Van Cartier, a wannabe diva whose life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a crime and the cops hide her in the last place anyone would think to look-a convent! Under the suspicious watch of Mother Superior, Deloris helps her fellow sisters find their voices as she unexpectedly rediscovers her own. A sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship, Sister Act is reason to rejoice!

Cirque Dreams Holidaze lights up the 2014 holiday season December 9-14, 2014 with its newest holiday stage spectacular. Broadway director Neil Goldberg re-imagines the holiday season with over 300 costumes, 20 acts and 30 performers from 12 countries showcasing an endless variety of imaginative, heart-pounding and gravity- defying feats you have to see to believe. Experience gingerbread men flipping mid-air, toy soldiers marching on thin wires along with snowmen, icemen and penguins, balancing, jumping and spinning in disbelief. The show celebrates the most wonderful time of the year with singers, choreography and exciting production numbers. Performers twirl, bounce and soar thru the air to original music and seasonal favorites brought to life within a stage setting of gigantic gifts, colossal candy canes and 30-foot towering trees & soldiers creating a wonderland of amazement.

Peter and the Starcatcher, the most magical evening of madcap fun, will appear on stage February 17-22, 2015. This comedy takes a hilarious romp through the Neverland you never knew. The winner of 5 Tony Awards® this swashbuckling prequel to Peter Pan will have you hooked from the moment you let your imagination take flight. Peter and the Starcatcher is the innovative and imaginative play based on the best-selling novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson. A company of a dozen actors play more than a hundred unforgettable characters, all on a journey to answer the century-old question: How did Peter Pan become The Boy Who Never Grew Up? This epic original story of popular culture's most enduring and beloved character proves that your imagination is the most captivating place in the world.

Up next, Camelot, the story as you've never seen it before, from April 14-19, 2015. Experience Camelot's "one brief shining moment" as Lerner and Loewe envisioned it in one of theatre's most legendary musicals. Recount the time-honored legend of King Arthur, Guinevere, Lancelot, and the Knights of the Round Table in an enchanting fable of chivalry, majesty, and brotherhood in this four-time Tony Award® winning show. CAMELOT tells the story of the legend of King Arthur who rules his kingdom with new ideals, bringing peace to a troubled land. But when his beautiful new Queen Guinevere and the dashing Sir Lancelot, his most trusted knight, give in to their passion for one another, one of the most fabled love triangles of all time ensues. When Mordred, King Arthur's illegitimate son, catches on and sees a kingdom in chaos, he attempts to destroy all that is Camelot! Intimate and fresh, never has this story of passion, pageantry and betrayal been more captivating. The celebrated score includes the classics "If Ever I Would Leave You," "The Simple Joys of Maidenhood," and the title song, "Camelot."

Rounding out the Broadway season on May 12-17, 2015 is Guys and Dolls. Set in Damon Runyon's mythical New York City, this oddball romantic comedy - considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy - soars with the spirit of Broadway as it introduces us to a cast of vivid characters who have become legends in the canon: Sarah Brown, the upright but uptight "mission doll," out to reform the evildoers of Times Square; Sky Masterson, the slick, high-rolling gambler who woos her on a bet and ends up falling in love; Adelaide, the chronically ill nightclub performer whose condition is brought on by the fact she's been engaged to the same man for 14 years; and Nathan Detroit, her devoted fiancé, desperate as always to find a spot for his infamous floating crap game.

Also, back by popular demand, Rain: A Tribute To The Beatles, returns to the DuPont Theatre March 6-8, 2015. Rain: A Tribute To The Beatles is a live multi-media spectacular that takes you on a musical journey through the life and times of the world's most celebrated band. Going further than before, this expanded Rain adds even more hits that you know and love from the vast anthology of Beatles classics such as "I Want To Hold Your Hand," "Hard Day's Night," "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band," "Let It Be," "Come Together" and "Hey Jude." This stunning concert event takes you back in time with the legendary foursome delivering a note-for-note theatrical event that is the next best thing to the Beatles.
