The Clear Space Theatre Company will present two performances of LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE in partnership with the Beebe Healthcare Medical Foundation on March 7 and 8. The production is a celebration of Women's History Month and a benefit for the Clear Space Theatre's Youth Scholarship Fund and Beebe Healthcare's 3-D Mammography Services. Performances are scheduled for March 7 at 6 pm and March 8 at 2 pm and include a one-hour reception prior the show that includes hors d'oeuvres, wine, and beer.

Written by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron based on the book by Ilene Beckerman, LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to, creating a memorable theatre experience for the audience. A story about black cowboy boots becomes a sad tale of being underappreciated in a relationship; a tale of two women shopping for their wedding outfits ends bittersweet; and the recollection of a new bra is a quiet testament to a women's search for dignity while undergoing treatment for breast cancer.

"The idea for this presentation as a celebration of Women's History Month started with Aleta Thompson, a former board member and long-time supporter of the Clear Space Theatre. Aleta also suggested including Beebe Healthcare Medical Foundation as a co-sponsor and beneficiary for the show", said Wesley Paulson, Executive Director of the Clear Space Theatre. Paulson adds, "the partnership with Beebe expands the theme of Women's History Month to include a program that benefits women's health."

Judy Aliquo, President and CEO of Beebe Medical Foundation remarks on this partnership: "We are so appreciative to have important community partners like Clear Space that support Beebe, our local, not-for-profit healthcare system. With that support, Beebe is proud to be the first to bring 3D Mammography to Sussex County. On behalf of women in Sussex County, thank you for bringing this life saving technology to the area.

"LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE will be presented on March 7 at 6 p.m. (performance starts at 7p.m.)and March 8 at 2 p.m (performance starts at 3p.m.). Call Melody in the box office at 302.227.2270 or buy tickets online at www.ClearSpaceTheatre.org.
