The Connecticut Cabaret to Present THE IRISH CURSE, 2/12 & 2/15

The Connecticut Cabaret and artistic director Kris McMurray, present Martin Casella's The Irish Curse on February 12th at 8:00 p.m. and February 15th at 2:00 p.m. Directed by Carleigh Schultz. Schultz will be the first person to direct a show at the CT Cabaret outside of its Artistic Director, Kris McMurray.

Bring your friends, favorite food and alcoholic beverage to this BYOB, cabaret-style-seating theatre and enjoy this hilarious comedy about five Irish men with one tiny problem. This show is recommended for mature audiences only due to its hilarious strong language and content. It is funny and endearing. A "feel-good", uplifting comedy.

From its blistering language to its brutally honest look at sex and body image, The Irish Curse is a revealing portrait of how men, and society, define masculinity. Size matters to a small group of Irish-American men who meet every Wednesday night, in a Catholic Church basement, at a self-help group for men with small penises. The alleged Irish trait is the focus of their weekly sessions as that all feel this "shortcoming" has ruined their lives.

One evening, when a twenty-something blue collar guy joins the group.
