The final battle has arrived! The 2014 Improv Cage Match series concludes at Playhouse on Park. Two improv teams go head-to-head in a comical showdown, where the audience decides the winner! This is the last of six matches, as part of a collaboration between Playhouse on Park, Hole in the Wall Theater, and Hot Cocco Productions.

The two competing teams for the evening will be Sea Tea Improv of Hartford and The Great Make Believe Society of Middletown. Trained by the Hartford Stage Company, the members of Sea Tea Improv specialize in both shortform and longform improvisation, and were the winners of last year's Cage Match. Founded in 2012, The Great Make Believe Society uses improv to help audiences be in the moment and celebrate life.

The final Improv Cage Match takes place May 2nd at 8:00 pm. Tickets are priced at $10, general admission. This is a BYOB event. For more information, call 860-523-5900 x10 or visit www.playhouseonpark.org.
