Megan Sikora to Star as 'Sally Bowles' in CABARET at Marriott Theatre in Chicago

The Theater Loop reports that Broadway's Megan Sikora will be starring as Sally Bowles in the Marriott Theatre's upcoming production of CABARET, staged by David H. Bell in Lincolnshire, Ill. Sikora will star alongside Stephen Schellhardt as the Emcee.

CABARET is Kander and Ebb's legendary musical about English cabaret performer Sally Bowles, American writer Cliff Bradshaw, and the decadence of 1929 Berlin. With mounting fear and uncertainty outside, your Emcee welcomes you into a world where your troubles are left at the door.

This Tony Award-winning musical features a classic score including "Maybe This Time," "Don't Tell Mama," "Money," and of course, "Cabaret."

Marriott's production begins previews on January 15 and runs through March 16, 2014. For more information, click here.

Sikora has appeared on Broadway in The Nance, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Promises, Promises, Curtains, On the Twentieth Century, Dracula, Wonderful Town, Wicked, Thoroughly Modern Millie and 42nd Street, as well as off-Broadway's Applause, A Connecticut Yankee and The Wild Party.
