Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven- o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. ANIKA LARSEN, the 2014 Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award winner currently starring on Broadway in Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, will introduce her debut solo CD Sing you to Sleep with a special concert at Birdland Jazz Club as part of the "Broadway at Birdland" series on Monday, March 23 at 7:00 PM. The collection of dreamy ballads and standards - recently released on Yellow Sound Label - was hailed as "a charming, deliciously soothing album" by BroadwayWorld. The songs are drawn from contemporary pop ( "Fields of Gold" by Sting), legendary singer/songwriters ("Make You Feel My Love" from Bob Dylan), musical theater ("Summertime" from Porgy & Bess) and animated classics (An American Tail's "Somewhere Out There," with lyrics by Anika's Beautiful character Cynthia Weil). Special guests for the evening at Birdland are her Beautiful co-stars: Tony Award winner Jessie Mueller and Tony Award nominee Jarrod Spector. Dan Watt serves as executive producer for the concert. The acclaimed star of this season's On the Town revival, perennial song and dance man Tony Yazbeck heats up the stage with the return of his 54 Below tour de force performance in The Floor Above Me, a thrilling evening of tenor melodies and tenacious tap dancing!

Children of Eden is one of the world's most performed musicals despite its never having been on Broadway. Out Of The Blue comes to the big apple from Oxford University. This student-run all-male a cappella group sings an eclectic mix of songs, focusing on covers of modern rock and pop hits. A sensation in England, they were semi-finalists in Britain's Got Talent, have won numerous competitions and to date have produced 14 studio albums, three live albums and one compilation album. As part of their mission they regularly donate and create charity singles to benefit Helen & Douglas House, the world's first children's hospice. They are all accomplished in both academics and music and these talented young men will leave you wanting more.
