As ABC News reported this morning, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY stars Teresa and Joe Guidice were both sentenced to jail time yesterday by a Newark judge after pleading guilty to multiple counts of fraud.

According to the report, Teresa told the judge "I'm so scared", prior to learning she had been sentenced to 15 months in prison. Check out the story below!

The couple faced U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas in a Newark, New Jersey court yesterday to find out their punishment for attempting to illegally obtain mortgages and other loans, in addition to hiding income and assets while they were filing for bankruptcy. Joe Giudice was also accused of failing to file his taxes from 2004-2008. In addition to the prison term, the father of four must pay restitutions of just over $414,000.

The judge did not seem to be in the mood to hear graveling from the New Jersey couple and chastised them for their "glaring omissions" in their financial disclosure forms.

"How is it that at this point the court is having to go over this?" the judged asked the Giudices' defense attorney as she enumerated seven items which were omitted from court documents but were listed in federal prosecutor's documents. She later complained, "I had to put the sentencing off because the financial disclosure wasn't in."
