What do Beyoncé, Condoleezza Rice & Jane Lynch have in common? They've committed to ban the word bossy. Watch this Lifetime PSA below to hear why.

Sheryl Sandberg Enlisted the help of some big name stars including Beyonce, Jennifer Garner, Jane Lynch, Condoleezza Rice and Diane von Furstenberg to appear in her PSA for the Lean In Foundation campaign, released on Monday via YouTube.

The video shows Lynch declaring, "I think the word 'bossy' is just a squasher," as she holds her signature Sue Sylvester Glee megaphone. The PSA ends with Beyonce staing, "I'm not bossy. I'm the boss."

According to the campaign's site: "When a little boy asserts himself, he's called a "leader." Yet when a little girl does the same, she risks being branded "bossy." Words like bossy send a message: don't raise your hand or speak up. By middle school, girls are less interested in leading than boys-a trend that continues into adulthood. Together we can encourage girls to lead."
