Tomorrow's "Together We Make Football" segment on TODAY features the story of Carolina Panthers fans Brent and Kayla Galloway, and their daughterPrimrose, who was born with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD).

Kayla was 19 weeks pregnant when Primrose was diagnosed with CHD. Brent did not know much about the condition at the time, except for the fact that his favorite Panther, Greg Olsen, experienced the same thing with his son. Months later, as Primrose was being taken to her first heart surgery at just two days old, Brent ran into Olsen, who was at the same hospital with his son. The fathers connected.

Brent and Kayla attended a Panthers game later that year. Olsen scored two touchdowns in that game, which also was the first game that Greg's son, now 2 ½, was able to attend in person.

Sunday Night Football, television's No. 1 primetime show, continues this Sunday, Oct. 25, when the Carolina Panthers host the Philadelphia Eagles at Bank of America Stadium. Coverage begins at 7 p.m. ET with Football Night in America, the most-watched studio show in sports.

ABOUT "TOGETHER WE MAKE FOOTBALL"

The National Football League and NBC present weekly segments on TODAY for "Together We Make Football," an invitation to anyone inspired by the game of football - whether as a player at any level, coach or a fan - to share their story for a chance to win a trip to SUPER BOWL 50.

The campaign will unfold weekly throughout the NFL season with segments airing every Friday on TODAY.

Fans can visit TODAY.COM/TWMF now and share a video or photo, with a description detailing how football inspires them. Stories submitted through Monday, November 2, will be entered into the CONTEST that will produce a winner of a trip to SUPER BOWL 50 in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Following the deadline for submissions, a joint NFL and NBC panel will select five finalists whose stories will be turned into short features by NFL Films. The features will be unveiled weekly on TODAY beginning Friday, December 4 and the winning story will be announced live on TODAY on January 8, 2016.

This is the latest iteration of the "Together We Make Football" campaign that launched in 2013. Over the past two years, thousands of fans shared their stories of what football means to them. A select few had their stories told on TODAY and some even won trips to Super Bowl.

Stories that air on TODAY also will be posted on NFL.com/videos/twmf throughout the season.
