THE TODAY SHOW Posts Ratings Gains

NBC's TODAY continues to gain momentum and deliver substantial ratings growth. Throughout the week of March 3, TODAY narrowed its key demo and total viewer gaps with GMA. Bolstered by the Oscars and the Dancing with the Stars cast reveal, GMA had strong deliveries early in the week, however TODAY rebounded significantly. As the week continued, TODAY slashed the total viewer gap with GMA by 52% and the A25-54 demo viewer gap by 69% compared to the Monday/Tuesday averages. TODAY also posted across-the-board gains year-to-year and season-to-date in all ratings categories.

o Season-to-date, TODAY has seen across-the-board growth in total viewers (+11%, or +521,000), rating W/M/A18-49 (+20%/+12%/+18%), and rating W/M/A25-54 (+14%/+9%/+12%)
