In addition, the show analyzes the New England Patriots' victory over the Miami Dolphins; examines the Kansas City Chiefs' AFC West clinching win against the San Diego Chargers; and shines a spotlight on the rookie season of Philadelphia Eagles QB Carson Wentz, including the Eagles' matchup with the Cowboys this past Sunday. Hosted by Football Night In America's Dan Patrick, the 30-minute long NFL Turning Point, co-produced by NFL Films, airs weekly throughout the entire NFL season, including the playoffs and Super Bowl. The show also features anatomy-of-a-play type segments and long-form game-of-the-week style narratives that include pre-game and post-game access, sideline sounds, jaw-dropping cinematography and incredible storytelling that is synonymous with NFL Films.
During the 2016-17 season NBCSN will air a total of 21 NFL TURNING POINT episodes. The season finale, scheduled to air on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, will look back at the "turning point" of SUPER BOWL LI.
