NBC's THE BLACKLIST Grows in Total Viewers; Retains 92% of Prior First-Run in Key Demo

NBC's "The Blacklist" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 6.2 million viewers overall from 9-10:01 p.m. ET): With its first original telecast in six weeks and opposite the climactic hour of Fox's "American Idol" series finale, retains +92% of the prior original's 1.3 in 18-49 and grows +5% in total viewers (6.244 million vs. 5.972 million), as well as women 18-34.

· Outdelivers "Scandal" in the time period in total viewers (6.244 million vs. 5.899 million).

· Generates its most-watched episode since Feb. 11 (6.437 million).

· Builds on its lead-in last night by +50% in 18-49 and +37% in total viewers.

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms:

L+7: "Blacklist" has grown by +98% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.48 to a 2.93) and 4.9 million viewers overall (6.9 million to 11.8 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

L+3+7 Days of Alternate-Platform Views: The previous original episode grew by +90% (to a 2.5 rating) via time-shifting (3 days) and 7-day alternate-platform viewership (1.30 rating to a projected 2.47 rating in TAMi estimates).

Upscale: "Blacklist" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 148 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

An encore "Law & Order: SVU" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3.9 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET): Finishes within 0.3 of #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in the time period in adults 18-49, ties for #2 in adults 18-34, men 18-34 and men 18-49 and ranks #2 outright among those nets in men 25-54 versus the original competition of Week 2 of CBS's "Rush Hour" and Week 3 of ABC's "The Catch."

An encore telecast of "Little Big Shots" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET): Earns NBC's best 18-49 rating in the time period since Feb. 11. Generates NBC's top total-viewer figure in the slot since Jan. 28.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.6/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.3/4, delayed by Masters golf coverage; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5 with an encore.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.8/4; "Late Show," 0.3/2, delayed by Masters golf coverage; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2 with an encore.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.8/3 with an encore delayed by Masters golf coverage). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2 with an encore delayed by Masters golf coverage).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
