NBC won Tuesday night in adults 18-49 and total viewers among the Big 4, led by the #1 show of the night in both measures, "America's Got Talent, plus an 8 p.m. slot win among those nets for "Food Fighters."

NBC ranked #1 or tied for #1 for six of six half-hours among ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in 18-49.

"Food Fighters" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 4.4 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) won the time period among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and once again topped its premiere rating of three weeks ago (1.0 on July 22).

In total viewers, "Food Fighters" is currently up week to week (4.411 million vs. 4.333 million), pending updates.

"America's Got Talent" (2.0/6 in 18-49, 9.6 million viewers overall from 9-11 p.m. ET) ranks as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 in adults 18-49, total viewers and virtually all other key measures. "Talent" was also #1 among the Big 4 in its two-hour time period in every key measure.

"America's Got Talent" is up week to week by +6% in total viewers (9.551 million vs. 9.037 million) and even in 18-49 (2.0 vs. 2.0), despite competition last night from ABC's 10-11 p.m. "20/20" special on Robin Williams.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.1/8; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.9/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5 with an encore.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.2/5; "Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
