Chris Moynihan (100 Questions, Man Up) is writing the script, which will center on the hospitality staff of a Manhattan hotel.

Moynihan, who is currently working on another comedy for NBC with Jonathan Prince, will also produce HOSPITALITY alongside Hayes and Milliner.

Among Hayes and Milliner's past producing credits are Hot in Cleveland, The Soul Man, Grimm and Hollywood Game Night.

Hayes most recently appeared on TV in Sean Saves the World, The Millers, Smash and Up All Night, and is well known for his role as 'Jack' on Will & Grace. The actor last appeared on Broadway in 2010's Promises, Promises, opposite Kristin Chenoweth; he was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance.
