LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT Delivers Largest Weekly Audience in Two Months

THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT delivered its largest weekly audience in two months, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending July 14. THE LATE SHOW averaged 3.06 million viewers, its best weekly audience since the week ending May 12. Compared to the same week last year, THE LATE SHOW was up +48% in viewers (from 2.08m) and +17% in adults 25-54 (0.7 from 0.6).

The show averaged three million or more viewers on Tuesday (3.48m), Wednesday (3.19m) and Friday (3.02m).

Stephen Colbert brings his signature satire and comedy to THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT where he talks with an eclectic mix of guests about what is new and relevant in the worlds of politics, entertainment, business, music, technology and more. Featuring bandleader Jon Batiste with his band Stay Human, the show is broadcast from the historic and newly renovated Ed Sullivan Theater. Stephen Colbert took over as host, executive producer and writer of THE LATE SHOW on Sept. 8, 2015.
