US Weekly reports that HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL alum KayCee Stroh and elated husband Ben Higginson have welcomed their second child. The little girl, Lettie Louise, was born at 8:15 on Thursday, October 15. The little lady weighs 7 lbs. 9 oz., and measures 19 3/4 inches.

"Mom and baby are doing great!" Higginson told US Weekly. "We couldn't be happier. We are so excited for her to meet her big sister, Zetta Lee."

Stroh announced in April that she was pregnant for a second time.

Stroh and Higginson had their first child, Zetta Lee, in 2013, where Stroh opened up about being a mother to Modern Mom. "Zetta and I have a very packed schedule full of singing, dancing, reading and napping," she said. "Whenever she goes down, I always make a mad dash to do the laundry, clean, put an audition on tape, do an interview, prepare for an event, or throw something in the Crock-Pot."

She also said, "I am trying very hard to raise her with healthy habits and live by example now. I just want her to know that if you're healthy and take care of yourself, then that is all that matters."

Stroh, best known for her role as Martha Cox in the TV movies High School Musical (2006), High School Musical 2 (2007), and High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008), tweeted the announcement of the birth of Lettie Louise.
