HGTV achieved its highest rated and most watched weekend ever, delivering a 0.61 P25-54 on the weekend of 1/26/2014 from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. In fact, the network ranked as the #1 cable network for the weekend among upscale P25-54 and W25-54.

Top-rated viewer favorites such as Property Brothers, Love It or List It and House Hunters helped to drive the record ratings, and Beachfront Bargain Hunt, which premiered earlier this month also performed well -- appealing to the network's younger upscale audiences. More than 19 million viewers tuned in to HGTV this past weekend between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., generating a 25% increase over the prior four weeks.

HGTV finished 2013 as the #1 cable network on weekends among upscale W25-54 and the #2 cable network on weekends among upscale P25-54.
