GSN Renews Ratings Hit THE CHASE for Third Season

GSN has renewed its hit original series THE CHASE for a third season. The one-hour quiz show, in which three contestants battle in a fast-paced competition against an all-knowing opponent known as The Beast, is produced by ITV Studios America. The network has ordered 13 episodes for season three, which is slated to air later this year. THE CHASE currently airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. (ET/PT).

Hosted by Brooke Burns, with Mark Labbett as the brilliant and intimidating "Beast," THE CHASE has established itself as one of GSN's most popular original series ever and has been seen by more than 15 million total viewers since its premiere in August, 2013. Throughout its second season run, THE CHASE posted impressive ratings gains including growing the total audience among Total Viewers (81%), W18-49 (61%), P25-54 (58%), W25-54 (89%) and M25-54 (35%). In addition to the stellar ratings growth, THE CHASE has also garnered critical acclaim and fervent fans alike.
