GMA is #1 for the Week in All Key Measures

ABC News' "Good Morning America" ranked No. 1 among the morning news programs for the 4th time in the last 5 weeks across all key target demos: Total Viewers (5.256 million),Adults 25-54 (1.925 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.376 million) for the week of June 9, 2014, according to Nielsen Media Research. "GMA" beat NBC's "Today" (4.514 million, 1.675 million and 1.259 million, respectively) during the week by 742,000 Total Viewers, by 250,000 Adults 25-54 and 107,000 Adults 18-49. Additionally, GoodMorningAmerica.com on Yahoo! reached over 19 million users last month.

Increasing its key adult news demo advantage over "Today" for the 2nd straight week (+184,000 for w/o 6/2/14 and +88,000 for w/o 5/26/14), "GMA's" marked its largest Adults 25-54 lead(+250,000) over "Today" in 7 weeks - since w/o 4/21/14. "GMA" also turned in its largest Adults 18-49 advantage (+107,000) over the No. 2-ranked "Today" in 15 months - since w/o 3/4/13,ranking No. 1 for the 5th time in the last 8 weeks.

"GMA" has taken the top spot in overall viewers and the key adult news demo every week since the end of The 2014 Winter Olympics 16 weeks ago. Overall, "GMA" has ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers in 98 of the last 102 weeks (since w/o 6/25/12), finishing behind "Today" only during the two weeks of the 2012 Summer Olympics and the two weeks of the 2014 Winter Olympics.In Adults 25-54, "GMA" has ranked No. 1 in 34 of the 38 weeks of the season, pacing ahead of the No. 1 finishes at the same point of the 2012-13 Season (31 of 37 weeks*).

Season to date, "GMA" stands as the No. 1 morning news program for the 2nd-straight year in both Total Viewers and Adults 25-54. "GMA" is leading NBC's "Today" by 678,000 Total Viewers and 124,000 Adults 25-54. In fact, "GMA" has widened its season margins over "Today" versus the same point last season in Total Viewers by 2% (678,000 vs. 662,000) and in Adults 25-54 by 51% (124,000 vs. 82,000). Further, "GMA's" Adults 25-54 lead over "Today" is now at its largest this season to-date.

"GMA" is posting its largest Total Viewer season margin in more than 22 years and biggest in Adults 25-54 in 21 years - since at least the 1991-92 season (Nielsen's electronic database started on September of 1991) and the 1992-93 season, respectively.

Growing in both measures for the 4th season in a row, "GMA" is up over the same point last season in both Total Viewers (+8%) and Adults 25-54 (+10%). In fact, "GMA" is seeing its largest overall season audience in more than 22 years and best Adults 25-54 performance in 8 years - since before the 1991-92 season and the 2005-06 seasons, respectively. "GMA" is also up the most in Adults 25-54 compared to "CBS This Morning" (-2%) and NBC's "Today" (+9%).

During the week, "GMA" led "CBS This Morning" in Total Viewers by 85%, while more than doubling in Adults 25-54 (+138%) and Adults 18-49 (+166%).
