Driven by ESPN's first ever Fantasy Football Marathon, ESPN Fantasy Football, the industry's No. 1 fantasy football game, enjoyed its two biggest days ever, signing up more players on Monday and Tuesday than any other day in the game's 20-year history. Also, as part of the 28-hour marathon, ESPN counted 1,753,511 teams drafted, surpassing its stated goal of 1,000,000 for the event.

The Fantasy Football Marathon, which began Monday at 7 p.m. ET and concluded Tuesday night at 11 p.m. ET, featured continuous fantasy football content across television, WatchESPN, ESPN Radio, ESPN.com and other platforms.

"The two days of our Fantasy Football Marathon showed ESPN's ability to promote and support fantasy sports at incredible, unprecedented scale," said George Leimer, Vice President, Product Management, Digital Media Fantasy. "It was just the latest example of ESPN providing compelling content and experiences for fans across multiple platforms, wherever they want to consume it."

ESPN Fantasy Football, the most popular fantasy football game, has begun its 21st season with the industry's most comprehensive collection of expert analysis, news, tools and statistical information. Also, ESPN last week launched the new ESPN Fantasy app, an update to the No. 1 ESPN Fantasy Football app on iOS and Android, which allows users for the first time ever to play ESPN Fantasy Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Hockey in a single app.
