Tonight's #MuyCalienteMonday was...well, hot! With the competition heating up, our nine remaining couples are joined by guest judge and performer Pitbull on the DANCING stage. Now, I may not be a personal fan of Pitbull, but I was intrigued by how his judging will be. I'm burning with anticipation for this episode! Okay, I'm done with the heat puns, I promise. Last week's Switch-Up made for some surprising pairs, and that was definitely fun to watch, but I was glad to see contestants back in their comfort zones.

Just a reminder, no one was eliminated after switching last week, but this week scores will be combined with last week's scores and viewers' votes to determine who will be eliminated at the end of the episode.

Without further ado, here are this week's performances:

Jonathan and Allison
Style of Dance: Jazz
Song: "Back in Time"
Judges' score: 32/40
My 5-second review: YES. So happy to see Jonathan flourish the way he did with that performance.

The set, costume, and song choice all meshed perfectly...and Jonathan...that was his best performance so far. I'll really be upset to see him leave when he's finally coming out of his shell. And props are in order for Allison for that unique Jazz number she choreographed.

Janel and Val
Style of Dance: Samba
Song: "La Vida Es Un Carnaval"
Judges' score: 33/40
My 5-second review: Wow...any tension that was there during rehearsals melted away with that Samba.

I'm not sure if Pitbull was watching the same performance we all were, but I was enraptured by their performance. Janel has always been a favorite of mine and this Samba certainly did not change that.

Tommy and Peta
Style of Dance: Foxtrot
Song: "September"
Judges' score: 28/40
My 5-second review: Tommy is such a great attention keeper. Great job!

I'm so glad Tommy took some time to recharge (in a bizarrely charming bit in the rehearsal package) because his spitfire persona was back with flair in his fun Foxtrot. I'm excited for what he and Peta come up with on next week's show!

Antonio and Cheryl
Style of Dance: Salsa
Song: "Bailando"
Judges' score: 28/40
My 5-second review: This has been my favorite Antonio/Cheryl performance to date.

First of all, sending tons of positive vibes to Cheryl and her family. Secondly, Antonio was finally , in my eyes anyway, a contender in this competition. I feel like all season he's just been inching his way into the limelight, and tonight he made me think Oh, he's really great!

Sadie and Mark
Style of Dance: Rumba
Song: "Diamonds"
Judges' score: 35/40
My 5-second review: Beautifully done...this performance gave me chills.

Sadie never fails to surprise me. I won't lie, in the beginning of the season, I thought Sadie was going to be a one-trick pony, but with the help of Mark Ballas, she has blossomed into a beautiful dancer. Aside from the song choice (I cannot stand that song), this has to be one of my favorite dances of season 19. Wonderfully done.

Lea and Artem
Style of Dance: Salsa
Song: "Sexy People"
Judges' score:32/40
My 5-second review: Wonderful, as usual.

I'm with Carrie Ann and Julianne about not focusing on what Alfonso is doing, but I don't think the pressure of the competition affected the performance in the slightest. I thought, once again, the pair did an exceptional job.

Michael and Emma
Style of Dance: Argentine Tango
Song: "Give Me Everything"
Judges' score: 30/40
My 5-second review: Spectacular. (Yes, at the moment, that's all I have to say after this stunning performance.)

Michael, Michael, Michael...where have you been?! This was so simple and beautiful. This dance (brilliantly choreographed by Emma) left me speechless not only because of the gorgeous dance itself, but the stripped down acoustic of that song was shockingly pretty.

Bethany and Derek
Style of Dance: Tango
Song: "Jealous (I Ain't With It)"
Judges' score: 36/40
My 5-second review: SO well done...but I'm sort of getting tired of saying that every week about these two (not really...).

I cannot even fathom what perfection we would have witnessed on that stage tonight had this pair rehearsed a regular amount of time. This near-perfect score-earning dance only took them 7 hours to do, and every minute was worth it. Beautifully elegant tango.

Alfonso and Witney
Style of Dance: Salsa
Song: "Booty"
Judges' score: 39/40
My 5-second review: Even with both partners injured, it was absolutely fantastic!

This couple really has something special. Every week they give us 100%, and tonight was the furthest thing from an exception. Even though they both hurt themselves, they still gave the audience that Alfonso & Witney 100% we've all come to expect.

I'd really rather not have had any of the bottom three get eliminated because Janel & Val sure as hell were not going to go, but Jonathan was really getting the hang of the competition. I hate to see him leave before he reached his full potential. Once again, this is why I despise this set up...Jonathan had his strongest week yet, but we as an audience won't get to vote for him based on this week. But I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles, and yes, I'll miss Jonathan next week but this wouldn't be a competition show if everyone won.

Who were your favorites this week? What did you think about Jonathan's elimination? Let me know in the comments down below! Be sure to tune in next week for the DANCING WITH THE STARS Halloween Special...and the return of judge Len Goodman!

DANCING WITH THE STARS airs Monday nights at 8/7c on ABC.
