Cooking Channel kicks off April with a new episode of Million Dollar Critic, a fine dining experience with host and critic Giles Coren traveling through NORTH AMERICA on THE HUNT for the ultimate, review-worthy restaurants on Tuesday, April 5th at 10:00pmET/7:00pmPT. Then, carnival expert and festival foodie Noah Cappe hits the fairgrounds in an all new season of CARNIVAL EATS premiering on Thursday, April 7th at 10:00pmET/7:00pmPT uncovering the novel and delicious foods that can only be found at these one-of-a-kind fests.

Next up, blogger Ali Khan teaches viewers how to satisfy that champagne taste on a beer budget with new series CHEAP EATS on Tuesday, April 19th at 9:00pmET/6:00pmPT. Lastly, cook, food photographer and writer Donal Skehan travels through Europe where he discovers and shares the most delicious and fascinating food finds overseas in Follow Donal to Europe premiering on Sunday, April 24th at 9:30amET/6:30amPT.

Premiering Thursday, April 7th at 10:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "Royals and the Red River City" - SEASON PREMIERE!
Host Noah Cappe begins his journey at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto, Canada, where the Blue Balsamic has Noah saying "yes, cheese" while the Mean Green is pretty nice! He tries on The Great Canadian Rosti, and tops it all off with the Massive Marshmallow Crunch. Later, he makes his way down to the State Fair of Louisiana, where the specialties include Lupita's Gorditas and The Five Pounder burger. He ends his culinary adventure with the sweet Not Yo' Average Nachos.
Premiering Thursday, April 14th at 10:00pmET/7:00pmPT - "Lights and Literature"
At the spectacular Magical Winter Lights in Houston, two very bright vendors turn host Noah Cappe on to Fusion favorites The Torthai and The Koagie Dog. Then Noah tries his hand at making a Deep Fried Root Beer Float and torches a Berry Brulee Waffle. Next, he snacks to the future at Dickens on the Strand in Galveston, Texas, donning some Victorian finery for a trip back to Dickensian England.

The South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach is one of the first events of the calendar year, and vendors start the season off right with wacky takes on some fairground classics including The Waffle Burger and the Donut Philly Cheesesteak. Then host Noah Cappe heads west to the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver, where he gets down with The F Bomb. The Uber-Tater is the ultimate in comfort food, while the Icy Apple Dream sends Noah home on a cloud.

Host Noah Cappe joins the crowds of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo in Texas to experience the meaty Cowboy Burrito and the Texan Juicy Lucy. Then he samples a big and bodacious take on the burrito, and Wake 'n' Cake, combining breakfast cereal with the classic funnel cake. At the Florida State Fair in Tampa, The Bacon Burger Bomb gets Noah's heart pumping, along with the Funnel Cake Pizza and Chocoberry Orie, a triple DECKER sweet.

Bill Bellamy and Nicole Sullivan are on the right team when host Tiffani Thiessen invites them over for a game day feast. Welcome to "Tiffani's Diner" where host Tiffani Thiessen serves guests Dave Foley and Naomi Priestley some of her favorite retro dishes. On this leg of their road trip, Gabriele Corcos, Debi Mazar and their family drive through Texas. They make stops at Snow's BBQ, the Zubik House food truck and an authentic Texas boot shop. Then they hit the trail where Gabriele lives out his cowboy dreams.

Debi Mazar is obsessed with Dolly Parton, so she, Gabriele Corcos, and their family head through the Smoky Mountains on their way to Dollywood. At Blackberry Farm, they are greeted with Southern hospitality and a Tennessee-style lunch. They get some meat from Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams for a picnic overlooking the Smoky Mountains before finally heading to Dollywood for some family fun!
Premiering Wednesday, April 20th at 9:00pmET/6:00pmPT - "Motor City Deb-olition Derby" - SEASON FINALE!
Debi Mazar loves Motown, classic cars and American history, so it is only fitting that she, Gabriele Corcos and their family stop in Detroit. The family heads over to Eastern Market where they meet with chef Phil Jones, who has turned abandoned lots into culinary havens. They get some tips from photographer Tony Detroit and stop at Sister Pie, a well-known dessert shop. They take a tour of the Model T plant, where Debi takes the original classic car out for a spin, and the family cooks up a tailgating feast to share with new friends while Gabriele competes in a real demolition derby!
