Team Coco is aiming to focus on up-and-coming talent in the industry and is promising comics a large amount of creative control over their releases.

O'Brien has written for Not Necessarily the News, Saturday Night Live, The Simpsons, the 2006 Emmy Awards, Andy Barker, P.I., Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, and now Conan on TBS. He has produced for the The Pete Holmes Show and Super Fun Night.

His work includes a handful of comedy specials, including the Late Night with Conan O'Brien: 10th Anniversary Special, Conan After Hours and The Conan Writers Live.

Conan airs Monday-Thursday at 11 p.m. (ET/PT) on TBS. The series, which earned an Emmy for its innovative mobile app, is produced by Conaco LLC, with Jeff Ross serving as executive producer. The show originates from Stage 15 at Warner Bros. Studios.
