Bill Hader Developing Comedy for HBO

HBO has enlisted SNL alum Bill Hader.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hader has inked a deal with the network to develop and star in a new comedy series.

Hader, a two-time Emmy nominee, spent eight years on NBC's long-running late-night series SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE.

His big screen projects in the works include Inside Out and The Good Dinosaur. He recently appeared in The Skeleton Twins, Her, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby, The To Do List, Turbo, Monsters University, Star Trek Into Darkness, This Is 40 and more.

His TV credits include South Park, The Awesomes, The Mindy Project, The Venture Bros., Saturday Night Live and more.
