While viewers may be mourning the death of chemistry teacher gone bad Walter White from AMC's BREAKING BAD, one super fan is taking the news harder than most.

In this week's Albuquerque Journal, Los Lunas, N.M. resident David Layman, posted an obituary for the fictional character along with a photo of White, portrayed by actor Bryan Cranston.

"I've been a humongous 'Breaking Bad' fan since the beginning," Layman told the newspaper. "I was actually in the pilot, and putting the obit in the paper was fitting, because the series was based in Albuquerque and it provides some of us some closure."

Layman also shared that he too was a high school science teacher and ironically has a student named Jesse. On "Breaking Bad," which was set in New Mexico, White partners with student Jesse Pinkman for five seasons of cooking meth for profit.
