Fronted by vocalist/lyricist Daniel Layus, Augustana released their eagerly awaited self-titled third album on April 26th for Epic Record.

Recorded in Los Angeles with Grammy-Award-winning producer/engineer Jacquire King, the album delivers on the emotionally resonant, rootsy pop/rock that Augustana have become know for since launching themselves onto the scene with their major-label debut, 2005's All The Stars and Boulevards. The album reached No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart.

It also spawned two Top 40 hits, "Stars and Boulevards" and "Boston," which was certified digital platinum. The band's follow-up, 2008's Can't Love, Can't Hurt spawned the singles "Sweet and Low," and "I Still Ain't Over You." Augustana recently wrapped a US tour with The Maine in support of the release.
