BIO:
Adam and Emanuel met at Funk 'n Waffles in 2007 while sitting in with a local band. After a few weeks, the two decided to get together and jam, Adam invited Matty J, and he brought Jack Brown with him to the first session. Eventually Matty J moved to Staten Island to join the rest of the THC crew and Sophistafunk the TRIO was born. Adam has a jazz/funk background, Emanuel has a gospel/R&B background, and Jack has a spoken-word/poetry background.
