WHITE SEA Unveils Debut Track 'They Don't Know'

White Sea (the moniker of Los Angeles based artist and producer Morgan Kibby), today unveiled a striking new song entitled "They Don't Know" which is currently premiering at GORILLA VS. BEAR HERE. This rousing debut offering perfectly showcases Kibby's prowess for constructing rich compositions complimented by beautiful vocals and synths. GORILLA VS. BEAR called the track, "a soaring, beautifully anthemic new single".

Morgan Kibby is best known for collaborations and frequent touring with French electronic group M83. In 2008 she contributed keys and arrangements for the band's acclaimed release Saturdays=Youth, and co-wrote the songs "Kim & Jessie", "Up!", "Too Late" and "Skin of the Night". She also received a shared production credit on the album and toured extensively with the group around the world in support of the release. In 2011, she returned to the studio with M83 to contribute to their sixth albumHurry Up, We're Dreaming, providing vocals, keyboards, and arrangements. She co-wrote the songs "Intro", "Reunion", and the album's ubiquitous lead single "Midnight City", which enjoyed massive chart success globally and has sold over 920,000 tracks in the U.S. alone. On Sunday, September 22nd Kibby will join M83 for a headlining performance at the famed Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Also a venerable remix artist, Kibby has remixed tracks for a range of artists including: School of Seven Bells, Lord Huron, The Naked and Famous, Brittney Spears, Active Child, Manchester Orchestra, Kevin Devine, Demi Lovato, Imagine Dragons, New Politics and more.

"They Don't Know" is available to stream now and will be available to purchase on iTunes beginning tomorrow HERE. The track will be featured on a proper debut release to come next year via Mom + Pop Music.
