In 2010, he released his first solo gospel project entitled, FIRE, under the name J.E.Jones. Despite his many successes, there was a void in his life. Although it appeared he had it all, inwardly something was missing. “I was lonely, really lonely,” PJ confesses, “I had everything-cars, a beautiful house-but every day I would wake up with such a huge void. I would go home at night and cry.”

Desperate to fill that emptiness, one day PJ accepted his aunt’s invitation to go to church with her. He felt the Lord had been dealing with his heart for some time, but he had no idea how much his life was about to change. On that faithful day he accepted Jesus Christ as savior, the void was filled and a new journey began.

It's been a long winding road, but the path has been blessed with purpose and destiny. Today he serves as the senior pastor of the Atlanta - based ministry Rejoice In The Word Church. He is also the founder of Ultimate Entertainment, a record label that combines his love of music with his passion for the Gospel.

Under the Ultimate Entertainment, he's had the opportunity to use his skills as a songwriter/ producer to work with some of the biggest names in gospel music, including Mary Mary, Tye Tribbett, Dorinda Clark Cole and Kierra "Kiki" Sheard on the best selling release, Bishop Eddie Long & Friends The KingDom Vol. 1. He also produce Dr Juanita Bynum hit single SOUL CRY "Oh, Oh, Oh".

Now, he back with his sophomore solo project. The debut single from the upcoming project entitled DIG IN ME LORD he is crying to the Lord to examine and remove any and everything that stands in the way of pleasing Him. Lyrically and musically this song is a reflection of PJ's heart, as an extension of his ministry.
