Brooklyn's Hank & Cupcakes are the coalescence of rock without guitars and pop without synthesizers. Hailing from Tel Aviv, the duo consists of powerhouse vocalist/drummer Cupcakes and bassist/pedal board magician Hank. Named in reference to Charles "Hank" Bukowski and one of his real-life lovers "Cupcakes," the two are known for their explosive live performance, which finds Cupcakes standing to bang on her drum kit, only breaking the beat to catalyze a wild dance party with the crowd. Fresh off of a US tour, the duo has kept busy spreading their infectious energy across the country.

Those who haven't had a chance to catch Hank & Cupcakes live can get a taste of the band's electric show with their new video for "Ain't No Love," a track off of their latest EP. The video finds the dynamic duo rocking out, bathed in a sea of neon lights. You can check out the "Ain't No Love" video!

Hank & Cupcakes released their Ain't No Love EP last October via BMG Rights Management, receiving praise from MTV Hive, Paste, AOL Spinner, VICE's Noisey, and more. Recorded at the legendary Hansa Studios in Berlin (U2, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Depeche Mode, Nick Cave, R.E.M, etc.), the EP is packed with pop hooks and danceable electro beats. The band is gearing up to release a full-length album later this year.
