Bruno Mars was named Billboard magazine's "2013 Artist of the Year" - an extraordinary honor to cap off an already incredible year. In addition to having one of the best-selling albums of the year with "UNORTHODOX JUKEBOX."
In addition to topping the "Hot 100 Artists" and "Top Overall Artists" charts, Bruno also came in at No. 1 on the following Billboard year-end rankings: "Hot 100 Singles Airplay," "Hot Digital Songs," "Mainstream Top 40" and "Pop Digital Songs." On top of the Billboard "Artist of the Year" honors, Mars was also just named among the top nominees for the upcoming 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards.
