Ellie Goulding recently sat down with Billboard.com to talk about her 2013 tour and goals for the New Year. Watch both parts of the interview below!

Goulding's "Lights" met with success in 2011, and her second album "Halcyon" hit No. 9 on the Billboard 200 at its release in October. Now the the singer is heading out on tour and will appear on ABC's "New Year's Rockin' Eve" on December 31st.

ABC's "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" begins at 8 p.m. ET on December 31, featuring a tribute to Dick Clark. Ryan Seacrest will take over from Times Square at 10 p.m., with performances by Justin Bieber, OneRepublic, Jason Aldean, The Wanted, Brandy and more. Black Eyed Peas' Fergie is set to host the West Coast party in LA.
