Despite today's reports that Blink-182's Tom DeLonge would be leaving the group, he's assured Entertainment Weekly that's not the case.

"I never quit the band," DeLonge said. "Actually, I was on the phone discussing a possible Blink 182 event in New York City when I heard the 'news,'" he said. "The ONLY truth here is that I have commitments that limit my availability this year. I love Blink-182 and I'm not leaving."

The rumors kicked off this morning when the lineup for the Musink Festival was announced, with Blink-182 set to headline - with Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba apparently replacing DeLonge.

With thirty-million-plus records sold worldwide, blink-182 is back in 2011 and ready to continue the musical journey that has thrilled legions of fans for nearly two decades. The band launched the inaugural Honda Civic Tour in 2001, during which they were riding on the success of their #1 album Take Off Your Pants and Jacket.
