The Santa Barbara Center for the Performing Arts Brings the Holidays Alive with Festive Performances for the Entire Family!

Celebrate the holidays at The Granada Theatre with sensational musical performances, family activity and good cheer for all ages! Crossing over cultures and genres, the Granada Theatre Concert Series presents a festive lineup throughout December that the entire Santa Barbara community can enjoy!

Peter and the Wolf - Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 3:00pm

Santa Barbara Symphony in partnership with the Jurkowitz Center for Community Engagement Presents Peter and the Wolf. Join storyteller Michael Katz and the Santa Barbara Symphony for this delightful musical tale of young Peter and his animal friends, as well as other orchestral favorites for all the family. Concert is approximately 45 minutes in length.

Christmas with the Vienna Boys Choir - Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 7:00pm

No group of child musicians has won more renown than the incomparable Wiener Sängerknaben, founded by Emperor Maximilian I in 1498. Six centuries later, the famed Vienna Boys Choir continue to delight music-lovers across the globe with their purity of tone, distinctive charm, and a diverse repertoire encompassing Austrian folk songs and waltzes, classical masterpieces, medieval chant, and popular music.

Mariachi Sol De México® de José Hernández presents "A Merry-Achi Christmas" - Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 8:00pm

Mariachi Sol De México® de José Hernández presents "A Merry-Achi Christmas" at The Granada Theatre in a colorful and traditional Mexican holiday celebration full of seasonal songs and festive merriment. Headlining the exciting extravaganza is the twice Grammy nominated Mariachi Sol de México de José Hernández. Joining them on stage is America's first all-female Grammy nominated Mariachi - Reyna de Los Angeles. This program will be conducted in Spanish

Brian Setzer Orchestra Holiday Show - Monday, December 19, 2016 at 7:30pm
