It will be "Fun, Fun, Fun" when The Beach Boys bring their surfing sounds and "Good Vibrations" to The Ridgefield Playhouse Summer Gala on Thursday, July 9. Open bar, dinner-by-the-bite from local restaurants, a Hopkins Vineyard wine tasting, one-of-a-kind silent and live auction items, and live music by Carly & Eliza start the evening from 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., with a live auction and unforgettable show immediately following (about 8 p.m.). The Beach Boys will rev up the summer with their California sounds including their biggest hits "Surfin'", "I Get Around", "Help Me Rhonda", "California Girls", "Good Vibrations", "Little Deuce Coupe", "Kokomo" and many more. This event is partially underwritten by The Berisford Family, Hastings, Cohan and Walsh, LLC, PepsiCo, Terry and Barbara Reddington, Scott Schneider, Skyy Vodka and is part of the Xfinity Rock Series with media sponsor i95fm The Home of Rock 'n' Roll. The Mercedes-Benz of Danbury raffle prize vehicle (one-year lease opportunity) will be on display, and tickets will be available.

Leading up to the show The Ridgefield Playhouse will be screening the new Brian Wilson biopic "Love & Mercy" starring John Cusack, Paul Dano and Elizabeth Banks.
