When Suzanne Jamieson Selmo released her debut disc, "A Sun Up Sky" (LML) in 2010, it was critically lauded around the country:

"Lyrical singing, familiar and beloved songs, smart arrangements and elegant performances....as comforting as a favorite blanket." - Broadway Composer, Georgia Stitt

"A Glorious Voice." - Theatre Times

"Supple soprano tone...should find fans among those who already enjoy Kristin Chenoweth; Diana Krall lovers may also favor her expressive female vocals." - Express Milwaukee

Since then she became a mother, and now she lends a crystalline voice to SHINE: Lullabies for Everyone (LML), a fresh, acoustic Pop and Great American Songbook album featuring tunes from Disney to Billy Joel, The Beatles and standards that will soothe your darlings to sleep, while adult listeners relax to the romantic and gentle take on "kids" music. There is an original song included here as well - "I'll Miss You 'Til the Morning" - written by Suzanne with her Musical Director and longtime collaborator, John Boswell. Yesterday, the recording received an endorsement by KidsFirst! with a four-star excellent rating. KIDS FIRST! has been supporting quality children's media for 22 years and is the most highly respected media endorsement program in the country. In October, SHINE also won a Creative Child Award.

The recording features the talents of pianist John Boswell - a solo artist and music director to many other notable performers including Judy Collins and Maude Maggart - along with the Grammy winning guitarist Laurence Juber (a former member of the band Wings) and cellist Stefanie Fife, a valued collaborator of many A-List artists from Barry Manilow to Ray Charles.

Suzanne is a Los Angeles based actress and singer who has appeared in many productions at A Noise Within, Boston Court, The Laguna Playhouse and South Coast Repertory, among other venues in the Southern California. She has been seen in several feature films, including 'Boogeyman 2' and will appear in the upcoming release "Atticus Institute," currently in post-production. Her interest in concert singing was piqued in 2007, when her one woman show, Speak Low, debuted to rave reviews at Catalina Jazz in Hollywood.

SHINE: Lullabies for Everyone is available now on LML, Amazon and iTunes.
