Round Hill Music ("Round Hill Music" or the "Firm"), a full service music publisher and music rights investment firm, today announced the acquisition of three new catalogs of well-known, enduring songs. The firm also announced the appointments of two music industry veterans, Jennifer Scher and Tami Lester. Ms. Scher joins as the Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Lester joins as Vice President of Creative Marketing.

The Firm has acquired the publishing and administration rights to the catalog of Marti Frederiksen. Mr. Frederiksen is best known for his collaboration with many hard rock artists, including Daughtry, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Fuel, Mötley Crüe, Ozzy Osbourne, Foreigner and Buckcherry. His recent hits include Daughtry's "Crawling Back to You" and Gavin Rossdale's "Love Remains the Same".

Round Hill Music also acquired the publishing and administration rights to the catalog of Royston Langdon, the lead singer of the English rock group Spacehog. Spacehog is well-known for its Billboard #1 rock hit "In The Meantime". The agreement also includes the worldwide publishing rights for Mr. Langdon's future works.

The third acquisition is the writers' rights to Calvin Lewis. Mr. Lewis penned the song "When a Man Loves a Woman", which is widely regarded as one of the greatest popular songs of all time.

"We feel honored to own these important catalogs. The songwriters should know, we at Round will actively manage and faithfully steward these iconic copyrights," said Josh Gruss, CEO of Round Hill Music.

Gruss continued, "We are excited to welcome Jennifer to our team and believe her broad range of industry experience will create additional value for our investors as our capital base continues to grow. We are also thrilled to have Tami join Round Hill Music. Tami's wealth of experience as both a music supervisor and publishing executive is a great asset to our catalog and our Firm."

Ms. Scher was the former Chief Financial Officer at Spirit Music Group. Prior to joining Spirit Music Group, she was Senior Director of Corporate Finance at EMI Music Publishing, where she also served as Director of Finance for North America.

Ms. Lester was the former Vice President of Creative/Film and Television at EMI Music Publishing. Before joining EMI Music Publishing, she was an independent music supervisor for major films such as Wild Things, I Know What You Did Last Summer and Rock Star. Ms. Lester has also acted as music supervisor for TV shows on the FOX, ABC and UPN networks.
