Boston based pop-rock band, Byrd, releases a video tribute to Sia's "Elastic Heart." The band's main contributor to its music, lyrics, and all production aspects comes from Ben Meyers, who is no stranger to the life of a musician. He uses experiences gained from his time touring with the band Me vs Gravity, along with influences from Lana Del Rey, Owl City, Pearl Jam, and All Time Low to create music that encompasses the complex feeling of joy mixed with sadness through melody and tone.

Sia's "Elastic Heart" spoke to Byrd through its hopeful yet melancholy sound, something that can be found in Ben Meyers' original music as well. Meyers believes in the importance of pairing visuals with sound and handles this collaboration himself. This video is the result of knowledge gained through years of self-teaching and schooling that has enabled Ben to control all of the writing, recording, and visual creations as only one person.

Ben Meyers is the driving force behind the band Byrd, but also had major influence on all production elements as part of his involvement with 21summit Productions.
