A new remix of international superstars Major Lazer's "Light It Up" featuring Nyla and Fuse ODG is out worldwide today, listen here. "Light It Up," named BBC Radio DJ Annie Mac's Hottest Record In The World, is taken from the group's critically acclaimed album Peace is the Mission, out now via Mad Decent.

The new track follows Major Lazer's global smash hit "Lean On," with DJ Snake featuring Mø, which became the most successful independent song of all time after hitting #1 at Top 40 radio. The song is the #2 streamed on Spotify of all time and was named Spotify's global song of the summer. Watch the video, Major Lazer's highest watched with more than 738 million views, here.

The group will perform on the Latin Grammys with J. Balvin and Farruko November 19 and will return to Kingston, Jamaica for their annual Major Lazer & Friends show on December 18.

Peace Is The Mission reached #1 on the Electronic/Dance Album chart and debuted on the Billboard Top 200 chart at #12, marking the group's highest chart position to date. "Lean On" is certified four times Platinum in Australia, double Platinum in the U.S., Denmark, Norway and Sweden; Platinum in the U.K., Canada and the Netherlands and Gold in Finland, Italy and Spain.

Major Lazer is currently playing headline dates worldwide, culminating with the annual Mad Decent Boat Party cruise this November. Please see full tour details below.

"Major Lazer is just a group of friends who all came together years ago," says Diplo of the album. "This album is a learning process for us -- trying to make new things, making new friends and going for a bolder sound. The only rule we have is nothing was off limits to make this album. We hope you like it."

Peace Is The Mission features contributions from 2 Chainz, Pusha T, Travi$ Scott, Wild Belle and more in addition to a remix of Major Lazer's contribution to the Hunger Games: Mockingjay Pt. 1 soundtrack, "All My Love" with Ariana Grande, featuring Michael Montano.

Major Lazer is the dancehall-inspired project comprised of Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire fronted by fictional Jamaican ex-commando, Major Lazer. Peace Is The Mission follows the group's previous two LPs, Guns Don't Kill People...Lazers Do and Free The Universe, both released to widespread critical acclaim. Founded in 2008 by Diplo and U.K. producer Switch, the group has toured worldwide and collaborated with Pharrell Williams, Bruno Mars and Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend along with dancehall legends like Busy Signal, Vybz Kartel and Elephant Man.

Diplo, a.k.a. Wesley Pentz, is a Grammy-nominated producer whose meteoric rise from the Philly club circuit has led to collaborations with Beyonce, Usher, Snoop Dogg, No Doubt, Lil Wayne, Justin Bieber, Iggy Azalea, Britney Spears, Chris Brown, Madonna and many more with more than 13 million track sales to date as both a producer and an artist.

Diplo was catapulted into stardom following work with M.I.A. on her acclaimed mixtape Piracy Funds Terrorism Vol. 1 and 2007 smash "Paper Planes," which reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned a Grammy nomination for Record of the Year. Jack Ü, a collaboration with fellow EDM superstar Skrillex, recently won a European Music Award for Best Collaboration and is nominated for an American Music Award for Collaboration of the Year. The duo headlined Madison Square Garden on News Years Eve 2015 and their debut album, Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü, is out now.
