LA Artist Saro Debuts 'Rampart' Video and Full EP

Today, Los Angeles artist Saro has released the final video in a series of visuals for each track off of his debut EP titled In Loving Memory, which was released last December via Saro's own Mateo Sound label.

The new video is for EP track "Rampart," and is released alongside a full EP visual experience of original videos for each of the 7 EP tracks edited together with seamless precision showcasing the depth of the EP's personal message. The Robin Hannibal executive produced EP is a deeply cathartic work exploring various stages of mourning and represents Saro's first proper body of music. Driven by hit singles "Test" and "Looking," the EP saw widespread critical acclaim from the likes of Stereogum, NYLON, Impose, LADYGUNN, andPigeons and Planes, who lauded its, "polished production, sweet melodies, and hooks fit for anthems."

Today's release comes fresh off of a run at SXSW 2017 that drew hype from Buzzbands LA,DoLA and Billboard, who is hailing Saro as "a more pop-leaning Weeknd with R&B-inflected vocals, heavy on electronics and unafraid to branch into trippier territory."

Saro first debuted his live show earlier this year with a run of LA support slots and stunned further audiences with his debut LA headline show at KCRW's 'School Night' @ Bardot earlier this month.
