In a deal set to create alliances among some of dance music's brightest stars, multi-Grammy nominated artist/producer Kaskade and LA-based management company Little Empire Music have attained a minority ownership stake in Super Music Group, a boutique artist management firm based in Miami. The acquisition follows a long-standing relationship, formalizing a long-term commitment to continue to help one another manage and develop great artists across the dance music genre and beyond. The announcement was jointly made today.

Super Music will give Little Empire Music a firm presence in Miami's dance music community, while Kaskade and Little Empire Empire's global reach will provide ample opportunity for the expansion of Super Music Group's business.

"I first got to know what Super Music was really about after inviting their client Amtrac to open on the entire Atmosphere Tour in 2013," said Kaskade. "It became apparent that not only do we have like-minded taste in music, but that these guys deliver at every possible opportunity."

Little Empire founder Stephanie LaFera added, "They're a talented group of executives that operate like a close-knit family alongside their inspired roster of artists. I'm excited to go deeper into business with Super and to grow with one another."

Kaskade has created a career of unprecedented milestones for himself and the industry: the first U.S. DJ to secure a Las Vegas residency, the first solo electronic dance artist to sell-out Barclays Center, the first dance artist to sell-out Navy Pier and the Staples Center during his Freaks of Nature Tour, and the first ever electronic artist to be signed to Warner Bros. Records. This year, Kaskade received his fourth consecutive Grammy nomination for Best Remixed Recording for his edit of Galantis' "Smile." Most recently Kaskade returned to the two-weekend Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival for the fourth time and took the festival by storm as the only electronic artist to perform on the main stage, drawing a record-breaking crowd. Prior to the festival he released his new single, "Never Sleep Alone" and continues his Vegas legacy with a 2015 Wynn residency.

Little Empire Music is a Los Angeles-based Artist Management Company founded by Stephanie LaFera. The Company's roster of management clients includes some of music's biggest names, including Kaskade, Galantis, Rufus Wainwright, Dirtyphonics, Milo & Otis, Late Night Alumni, Trent Cantrelle, Penguin Prison, Bloodshy, Style of Eye, Haley, Tom Schick and CID.

Super Music Group began as a start-up record label in 2010, founded by childhood friends Derek Walin and Brandon Kessler. In 2013, Super Music expanded their services to include a full service boutique artist management firm. Super has also partnered with Miami nightlife firm Poplife; curating parties in Miami since 1999, the addition of Poplife's Jake Jefferson and Aramis Lorie further cemented this team as a gathering of some of electronic music's finest tastemakers. "Collectively, we've been in this music industry way too long not to know what works and what doesn't work," says Jefferson. "We take care of our artists like it's a family. It's not just business, it's personal for us." Super's current roster includes artists such as Amtrac, Ape Drums, Craze, Robb Bank$, Wuki, POSSO, DZA, Sluggers, Astronomar and Cosmonaut Grechko.
