JO DEE MESSINA Calls On Fans to Be Part of 'A Woman's Rant' Music Video

JO DEE MESSINA, in partnership with the Made In Network, will be creating a new music video for her latest single "A Woman's Rant" with the help of her fans, who are invited to film clips of their personal interpretation and reactions of the scenes portrayed in the song. Due out Tuesday, March 18 and available now for pre-order at http://cwired.co/JDMMEPACK, JO DEE's new ME album is set for release on her own Dreambound Records/eOne Music Distribution.

"I am always approached by people telling me that this song is about their life," says JO DEE about the inspiration to involve fans with the creation of the video. "We want to tell real stories directly from the people who have shared them with us." Asking fans for their reaction to the song stays in the spirit of her "My time. Our music." campaign, which has been successfully funded by a Kickstarter initiative. In fact, her Kickstarter campaign is the most successful one to come out of Nashville and, at the time of completion, the 15th largest funded music campaign in Kickstarter.com history.

Here are directions for fans to submit clips to the video:

1. Capture clips of your personal interpretation, reactions, and feedback of the scenes portrayed in the song.

2. Email us your clip along with a personal story of what the song or a moment in the song meant to you, at womansrant@jodeemessina.com.

3. After you have submitted your video, tweet or post the clip to Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #womansrant.

4. We will collect and edit together the best of your stories and clips to create an official music video for "A Woman's Rant" to share with all of you!

5. If your clip is selected we will post your name and a portion of your story in the description of the final video.
