After a show last year, songwriter Drew Gasparini will ring in 2012 with a return engagement at Joe's Pub in NYC on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 9:30pm. The evening will be feature material from his award winning musical, Crazy, Just Like Me, his new musical Circles and brand-new songs and pop singles written for television.

Drew Gasparini's concert will include appearances by Marc Summers (TV's Double Dare & Unwrapped), Justin Guarini (American Idol, American Idiot, Women on the Verge…), Lindsay Mendez (Godspell, Everyday Rapture), Teal Wicks (Wicked), Andrew Kober (Hair), Alex Brightman (Wicked), Brandon Ellis (Company), F. Michael Haynie (Carrie), Carrie Manolakos (Mamma Mia!), Mykal Kilgore (Hair), Lexie Papedo (Tales of the City), Tracy McDowell (Rent), Emily Kay Shrader, Carla Stewart, Kasie Gasparini and Chloe Gasparini. Additional performers will be announced shortly.

The band will feature Gasparini on piano, with Adam Stoler (Guitars), Brandon Ellis (Bass & Cello) and Jeremy Yaddaw (Drums). The event reunites Gasparini with director Stephen Agosto, who helmed the NYMF run of his show Crazy, Just Like Me. The concert is being produced by John Johnson and Katie Riegel (jokr productions).

Following the Joe's Pub concert, there will be an industry reading of Gasparini's musical Crazy, Just Like Me, which was dubbed this year's 'Best of Fest' winner at the New York Musical Theatre Festival. The private reading will take place on Tuesday, January 31.
