Pub-rock to punk-rock icon Graham Parker (Graham Parker and the Rumour) and guitarist Brinsley Schwarz have been touring as The Graham Parker Duo featuring Brinsley Schwarz performing music from their many years together, both with the Rumour and other endeavors. The two will appear in concert at SOPAC April 8 at 8:00pm with opener My Darling Clementine.

Tickets to the performance are $30-$45 and can be purchased online at SOPACnow.org, or by calling the box office at (973) 313-2787.

Fans can expect songs from Graham Parker's early albums with The Rumour, his solo career, and his most recent tunes from two Rumour reunion albums, Three Chords Good and 2015's Mystery Glue.

In Spain, Norway, and the UK, a recent triumphant tour ended in a sold out Union Chapel show, the music the duo performed was varied, creative, and exciting in equal measure, along with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of humor from Graham Parker as he reinvents his prodigious catalog.

The opener for the evening will be the husband and wife band, My Darling Clementine. Band members Michael Weston King and Lou Dalgleish, are leading lights in the British Country music scene. They have released two highly acclaimed albums, "How Do You Plead?" (2011) and "The Reconciliation?" (2013).

The Graham Parker Due featuring Brinsley Schwarz and Country act My Darling Clementine will bring their musical talent to SOPAC April 8 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $30-$45 and can be purchased online at SOPACnow.org, or by calling the box office at (973) 313-2787.
