Fox Valley Rep's Live Music Series Brings Sounds of Patsy Cline, Neil Diamond and More to Pheasant Run This Month

Fox Valley Repertory rocks this August with four tribute bands as part of their live music series, including: Chicago's own Patsy Cline cover band Weepin' Willows, tribute band Close to You with the music of The Carpenters, The Legacy Girls with a fun night of nifty fifties and sixties music, and a unique tribute to the music of Neil Diamond with Denny Diamond and the Family Jewels at Pheasant Run Resort (4051 E. Main St., St. Charles, IL; 630-584-6342).

Chicago-based band Weepin' Willows comes back to wow the crowd at Fox Valley Repetory with covers of Patsy Cline. With instrumentation featuring lead guitar, pedal steel, piano, drums, and upright bass, you are sure to love a night of classic country ballads such as "Crazy", "She's Got You", "Seven Lonely Days" and many more rockabilly stomps. Weepin' Willows will perform tonight, August 2, 2014 at 8pm. Tickets are $32.

Back by popular demand, Close to You returns to once again rock Pheasant Run with the unforgettable music of The Carpenters. Paying tribute to one of the best vocalists of all time, Lisa Rock and her six piece band are sure to have you singing along with memorable pop and love songs that topped the Billboard charts more than a dozen times. Close to You performs Saturday August 9, 2014 2014 at 8pm. Tickets are $32.

Relive the hottest hits of the fifties and sixties with The Legacy Girls at Fox Valley Repertory. With three energetic and strong vocalists, quick wit, and irresistible charm you won't be able to forgo wanting to lace up your saddle shoes and pump up your 'do. These girls showcase favorites such as "It's My Party", "Jailhouse Rock", "Sincerely", and "Stop in the Name of Love". The Legacy Girls will perform Saturday August 16, 2014 at 8pm. Tickets are $32.

Fan-favorite Denny Diamond and the Family Jewels is once again set to rock the Fox Valley Repertory stage. Led by main vocalist and dad Denny, this family trio pays tribute to one of the world's best selling singer-songwriters of all time with hits such as "Sweet Caroline", "Cherry Cherry", "I'm a Believer" and many more. The combined vocal talent, storytelling of the songs, and atmosphere of family will make you an instant believer in this amazing act. Denny Diamond and the Family Jewels perform Saturday August 23, 2014 at 8pm. Tickets are $32.
