London via Yorkshire band FLAWES have unveiled the brand new remix of single 'Don't Wait For Me' - released today November 4th. Elliot Moss - named One of Five Acts To Watch Out For by SPIN Magazine - has added his James Blake-esque sonic palette to the already outstanding track, creating an even darker mood by applying his trademark minimalist echoed beats to the new cut.

'Don't Wait For Me' was originally the lead track on the band's self-released debut EP 'UNSPKN' and was described as 'swirling killer chorus folktronica' by Sunday Times Culture, 'One of the year's most intriguing debuts' by The Line of Best Fit and 'Intriguing, expansive and fluid' by BBC Radio 1 Introducing, who subsequently play-listed the single on the station. Since their debut release FLAWES have gone on to release follow up EP CTRL, amass over 500k streams online and gain national TV support.

FLAWES, who recently signed a worldwide record deal with Red Bull Records, have grown a sizeable fan base over the last 12 months, playing not only their own sold out headline shows, but also supporting arena artist Ella Eyre on her UK tour. FLAWES have also played packed out shows at Live At Leeds, Alt Escape and Club NME at Koko in the last 6 months.

With his warm and full-bodied vocals, front man Josh Carruthers has the capability to glide to a chorus falsetto that elevates 'Don't Wait For Me' to dramatic heights. Currently in the studio working on their 3rd EP - their first release with Red Bull Records - set for release in the first quarter of 2017, FLAWES' ability to blend gentle guitars with dark and imaginative electronica create a truly outstanding backdrop to Carruthers' sonorous vocal delivery.
