Engelbert Humperdinck, a favorite contemporary, pop singer of the 60's, 70's and beyond, will be at The Bergen Performance Arts Center in Englewood, New Jersey. The singer will perform tonight, November 5th at 8 pm. Tickets are  $109, $99, $59, $49, $39

Engelbert Humperdinck is a British pop singer, best known for his No 1 hits "Release Me" and "The Last Waltz", as well as "After the Lovin'" and "A Man Without Love." He was born Arnold George Dorsey on May 2, 1936, to a British family. He started singing at age seventeen in night clubs in Leicester, England, under the name Gerry Dorsey.

In 1965, The legendary, Tom Jones' manager, changed Dorsey's name to Engelbert Humperdinck, the name of a famous opera composer, and he obtained a deal with Decca records and went on to international success.
