Over 400 Daytime Emmy Nominees and industry VIP's gathered at The Hollywood Museum last night for the "2016 Daytime EMMY Awards Nominees Reception," as The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) prepares to recognize outstanding achievement in all fields of daytime television production and are presented to individuals and programs broadcast during the 2015 calendar year on both Friday, April 29th and Sunday, May 1st at the Westin Bonaventure in Downtown Los Angeles.

Among the impressive list of over nominees attending were those representing General Hospital, Days Of Our Lives, The Young and the Restless, Bold and the Beautiful, The Doctors, The Talk, The Real, EXTRA, The Insider, Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, Dragons Race to the Edge, Judge Judy, The Bay, Vanity, Project MC2, Hot Bench, Youthful Daze, Annedroides, Dr Phil, Peg+Cat, Sesame Street, Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope, Oceans Mysteries with Jeff Corwin, SuperSoul Sunday, Mutt & Stuff, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, All Hail King Julien, The Mr Peabody and Sherman Show, Pride the Series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and many more

The Hollywood Museum, in partnership with NATAS, is planning to open the "Celebration of Daytime Emmy Awards" exhibit, following the awards on May 1st. Guests will be able to visualize how the costume or prop of their favorite character appeared in the program through sight and sound creating a showcase highlighting Daytime and this season's Daytime Emmy Awards.

The evening reception was sponsored by United Airlines, Devotion Vodka and The Hollywood Museum.
