David Zyle has released his new rockin' single of "Blue Christmas" to the delight of his fans. This fun, energetic take on the original holiday tune is a fresh, upbeat track that brings a smile to the heart and gets everyone happy and in the Christmas spirit. Zyle teamed up with producer and keyboard whiz Stefano Intelisano, known for his work with major acts like Jason Mraz and the BoDeans, to create a very different sound for the old holiday standard "Blue Christmas".

"When I went into the studio to record this song, I told the band that I wanted to create something very different, rockin', upbeat and fresh for this song," Zyle explains. "So we came up with this cool rock version with a strong drum beat which creates a lot of momentum and forward movement in the song. It also has a little R&B groove to it. It's really fun."

David Zyle shows his versatility by moving away from his normal delivery of a smooth, textured, sexy vocal sound to a voice that laments and almost cries with disappointment as he yearns with desire to have a Christmas with the one he loves. With backup vocals by Adrian Martell Washington, the sound is delivered.

With over 530,000 views in three weeks, the video of David Zyle singing the song can be viewed on his YouTube channel. The direct link to the song is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UaGM88F6XA
