Now celebrating its 16th anniversary, this year's Dave Koz and Friends Christmas Tour will feature renowned singer Oleta Adams, who first came to prominence when Tears for Fears asked her to appear on their The Seeds of Love album and who has released eight acclaimed CDs of her own; Jonathan Butler, who was the first black artist played on white stations in his native South Africa and has since earned accolades in the R&B, contemporary jazz, and gospel fields; and Japanese-born pianist/composer/producer Keiko Matsui, who has shared the stage with everyone from Stevie Wonder to MiLes Davis.

CAPA presents Dave Koz and Friends Christmas Tour 2013 at the Palace Theatre (34 W. Broad St.) on Sunday, December 8, at 7 pm. Tickets are $28-$65.50 at the CAPA Ticket Center (39 E. State St.), all Ticketmaster outlets, and www.ticketmaster.com. To purchase tickets by phone, please call (614) 469-0939 or (800) 745-3000. Individuals aged 13-25 may purchase $5 PNC Arts Alive All Access tickets while available. For more information, visit www.GoFor5.com.

This performance is made possible through the generous support of 2013-14 CAPA season sponsor American Airlines.

Fresh off the sold-out Dave Koz and Friends at Sea Mediterranean cruise and a show at London's Cadogan Hall, Koz is constantly touring. He also continues to flex his mass-communications muscles as a radio personality, hosting the syndicated "Dave Koz Radio Show" (now in its 19th year) in approximately 50 markets.

As an entrepreneur, Koz founded Rendezvous Entertainment. As a philanthropist, he has served for 20 years as global ambassador for the Starlight Children's Foundation. He recently partnered with premium Santa Barbara winemaker Terravant, Whole Foods Market, and California Pizza Kitchen to introduce four new types of KOZ wines. He is donating all his proceeds from KOZ wines to help Starlight continue its vital mission. Koz completed a four-year term on the Grammy Foundation Artists Committee, has served as National Trustee for the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (NARAS), and is an ongoing member of the Board of Governors for the Grammy Foundation.
